Mission:

A Leg To Stand On (“ALTSO”) is a non-profit organization providing free orthopedic care – including prosthetic limbs, orthotic devices, mobility aids, corrective surgery and rehabilitative care – to children in the developing world. Our mission is to offer children who have lost their limbs in traumatic accidents or suffer from congenital disabilities the physical capabilities to access the opportunities and self-esteem earned through education, work and mobility.

Barr Foundation, The 

Mission:

Basra, Iraq Prosthetics Project, a Rotary International project 

Mission:

To provide training and prosthetic medical supplies to the Iraqi Ministry Health Doctors and Prosthetists at the Basra, Iraq clinic. The training venue is at the King Hussein Society in Amman, Jordan. We are also conducting a limb drive to ship used components to Iraq.

Mission:

The Center for International Rehabilitation (CIR) is a Chicago-based not-for-profit organization that develops research, education and advocacy programs to assist people with disabilities worldwide in achieving their full potential.

Mission:

Shifa Rehabilitation Center for Disabled (SRCD) is a private self-sustained, healthcare Program on national level. Initially the headquarter was in Rawalpindi with the name Physical Rehabilitation Program Pakistan (PRPP) but, seeing the activities in KPK it was shifted to Saidu Sharif Swat with fully operational facilities for Persons with Disabilities who seek consultation in Prosthetics, Orthotics, Physiotherapy and Audiology. The Charitable Limb 

Mission:

The Charitable Limb (TCL) is a very small organization whose sole goal is helping the needy with O&P requirements. The main field of operations has been in Syria. Before the conflict began, TCL conducted an annual clinic at the largest public hospital in Damascus, the Muassat hospital. During the five week clinic, prospective patients were evaluated and treated while hospital staff were also trained in protocols of amputee treatment from OR to final delivery of a prosthetic device. USC Project Freehand 

Mission:

3D4E is a completely student run 3D-Printing Club at the University of Southern California. We were founded in 2010 with the purpose of making 3D printing technologies available and accessible to everyone.
